We Understand!

Sometimes you buy a few extras that you don't end up needing. With our 14 day return policy on all accessories, you can purchase your dream Omnidesk set up with peace of mind.

We’re happy to organise a return and refund for you, for any accessory providing:

  • 1) Omnidesk is notified of the wish to return within 14 days of delivery and;
  • 2) Items are in an unopened, re-sellable condition
  •  
  • Simply contact our team at omnidesk@aftershockpc.com.au and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.

Please note, return freight of $30 will be deducted from your total refund amount. Your refund will be processed once the items have been returned back to us.

Change of Mind

Omnidesk is unable to on-sell opened and installed products, as such we are unable to accept return and refund of accessories due to change of mind. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for any queries you might have regarding our products.
