Castors can be installed on our current range of desk frames. Our Castor Accessories simply attach to the existing desk feet and are ready to use in minutes.

You may reach out to our customer service team if you wish to amend your order after checking out. Please note that orders can only be amended before your order has been sent to the warehouse for dispatch.

Please keep in mind that any changes to your order will follow the new lead time and availability of your requested products from the date of your request.

If you are looking to amend an order once it has already been made ready for dispatch, further fees will apply, including return delivery of the affected items and delivery costs of additional items.

For cancellation of any orders, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you in processing your request. If your order has not yet been dispatched yet, your order should be eligible for refund - payment processing fee from original purchase.

If you order or parts of your order have already been dispatched from our warehouse/s, the following won’t be refunded: payment processing fee from purchase, delivery charge from purchase, return delivery cost from courier/delivery service to return items to warehouse, 10% restocking fee.

Your feedback helps us improve - please provide the reason for your order cancellation so we know specifically how we can improve.

Please note that refunds are not immediate, and take an average of 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.

Circumstances that may affect how soon you get your order include:

• Selecting option of onsite delivery and assembly, as we will need to take into account the availability of our assembly specialists. 
• If you've selected an item that must be pre-ordered or is out-of-stock, there should be an estimated arrival date listed on the product page. If one is not stated, our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly to inform you of an estimated arrival date. Once the item is in stock and available for delivery, our logistics team will organise the dispatch of the items
• If you need our assembly experts to assist you with assembly despite choosing flat pack delivery, we're happy to help. However, as assembly was not scheduled before hand we'll have to arrange for our assembly team to assemble your table on a different date. 

Flat-pack delivery means you'll receive your new Omnidesk in compact, sealed packages for self assembly. Opting for flat-pack delivery can reduce how long you wait for your Omnidesk. Flat-pack shipping allows us to keep prices low, and pass those savings over to you!

Here's what you can expect after purchasing your Omnidesk from us:

• We will email you once your order is on the way, you can use your tracking reference to see the movements of your desk. If there are any queries regarding this please reach out. 
• (Subject to availability) Within Metro Melbourne your desk may be sent with our in house driver service, if so you will receive an email the day prior to delivery letting you know about your order drop off. On the day of delivery you will receive a text and email with a window timeframe for the delivery. 
• Should the first delivery attempt fail, a re-delivery charge of $50 may be charged for each subsequent delivery attempt.  Please note we do not (and our delivery partners do not) deliver upstairs. 
• Any delivery/order changes may incur additional charges, such as change of address, 
• If you've opted for on-site assembly when purchasing (and live within Metro Melbourne), it will likely be conducted on the same day as delivery of the order (subject to availability). For orders outside of these areas, once your order is delivered we will assist you in scheduling a date for assembly.
• If you have not purchased the on-site assembly, you will receive your Omnidesk as a flat-pack delivery for you to assemble yourself. Should you wish to opt-in to on-site assembly, kindly drop us an e-mail to check that you are located in an area that the assembly service operates. 
• Should you decide to opt-in to require on-site assembly after delivery, the charges will be as follows: $150 assembly per desk. The assembly service in most cases won’t be able to be booked in to be completed until all items have been delivered. 

Do note that some accessories (Speaker mounts, PC Mount, and Keep - Desk Drawer) do not come with pre-drilled holes. Should you not have access to a drill, on-site assembly is highly recommended.

The Omnidesk team conducts thorough quality checks of every desk before it leaves our warehouse.

However, we are aware that damage to your order may still occur during the delivery process.

We strongly encourage you to inspect every item in your order before signing to confirm you have received your package.

1. First, inspect the box/packaging for obvious damage.
2. We then recommend that you insist on opening removing the packaging to inspect for concealed damage.
3. Make sure all your items purchased including cables, accessories and user manuals are all included.
4. Once the driver leaves with the signed delivery order, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility should any physical damage be found or missing accessories occur thereafter.

Yes, now you are able to redefine the mobility of your award-winning Omnidesk with our all-new castors - Found here

Castors can be purchased at the time of ordering your Omnidesk, or can be added on to existing Omnidesk’s. 

To install your Omnidesk Castors, you will need to remove the existing rubber feet on the desk feet by unscrewing them and replace them with the castors, which screw in utilising the same hole on the bottom of the desk feet. The castors are threaded and should be able to screw in by hand. A tool may be needed to adjust the bolt accordingly/tighten if you are facing difficulties installing. 

The castors utilise a M8x10mm thread and all of our castors come with a locking mechanism.

The castors can support all our current Omnidesk models with a maximum load of 130kg on the desk.

The castors will increase the base height by about 5cm.

It is important to ensure that the frame cover is installed on your new Omnidesk before use

If your tabletop is sagging in the middle, the first thing to do is to check that the desk is assembled correctly and that the bolts that attach the frame cover to the centre frame are all installed (8 bolts) and are tight.

Everyday Care and Cleaning:
Dirt and fluids should be removed immediately with a dry cotton cloth for everyday cleaning.

DO NOT use the following solutions for cleaning of table tops;
- Cleaners or solutions containing harsh chemicals (eg paint thinner)
- Alcohol-based solvent cleaner

Treatment of Stains:

Normal StainsStains which cannot be removed by wiping with a dry cloth can be removed by wiping a damp cotton cloth over the affected area. Do always use a dry cotton cloth to wipe the area dry as soon as the stain is removed.

Grease Stains
Wipe a damp cotton cloth over the affected area. Wipe dry with a dry cotton cloth. If necessary, dip the cloth in a mild soap solution or detergent dissolved in water, wring the cloth nearly dry and wipe the troubled area. Immediately, dry with a clean soft cloth.

Our Wildwood and Eco Bamboo tabletops are made of solid wood. Based on the humidity and temperature of your surroundings, these table tops may be likely to expand and contract slightly. Table tops will vary in grain and colour depending on the location of the specific tree it is made of. It may also be subjected to slight colour changes under artificial light or by being exposed to sunlight. Lighter woods will become darker in colour with age whereas darker woods will fade. This is a natural process and not a defect.



Everyday Care and Cleaning

Our solid wood table tops are made to last and with proper care, your Omnidesk solid wood table top will last for a long time to come.

Dirt and fluids should be removed immediately with a dry cotton cloth for everyday cleaning.  Clean with the grain of the wood for best results.

Omnidesk's Warranty will cover 

• Missing materials from the products at the time of delivery.
• Damage on arrival of Zero Desk base and tabletop
• Defects in the manufacturing of the materials used for the products at the time of delivery.
• Manufacturing defects causing failure of the Zero Desk base during the warranty period.
