Yes, all different sizes and series of table tops use the same desk frame. This way, your Omnidesk investment is future-proofed, and can be upgraded with a new table top as your needs evolve!

Castors can be installed on our current range of desk frames by our delivery partner during delivery, please note that on-site assembly has to be included in your order of the castors to be eligible.

In the event that you opt for flatpack delivery, any castors ordered will require self installation.

To enjoy the full Omnidesk Experience that we have carefully designed and curated, we are only able to offer you our height adjustable desk frames and table tops if purchased together. Neither of these items can be bought as individually.

To maintain our outstanding product quality, all Omnidesks are manufactured overseas at the moment by our trusted partners. Therefore, we are unable to offer our customers customisable options for our products right now.

Upon submitting your order, you'll be able to see the expected delivery date on our site. This delivery date is based on your chosen delivery option, and availability of your selected items.

Circumstances that may affect how soon you get your order include:

• Selecting option of onsite delivery and assembly, as will need to take into account the availability of our assembly specialists. 
• If you've selected an item that must be pre-ordered or is out-of-stock, there should be an estimated arrival date listed on the product page. If one is not stated, our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly to inform you of an estimated arrival date. Once the item is in stock and available for delivery, our logistics team will reach out to you to arrange a delivery time that works for you.
• If you need our assembly experts to assist you with assembly despite choosing flat pack delivery, we're happy to help. However, as assembly was not scheduled before hand we'll have to arrange for our assembly team to assemble your table on a different date. 

Flat-pack delivery means you'll receive your new Omnidesk in compact, sealed packages for self assembly. Opting for flat-pack delivery can reduce your how long you wait for your Omnidesk by up to 75%, as well as reduce your shipping cost. Flat-pack shipping allows us to keep prices low, and pass those savings over to you!

Here's what you can expect after purchasing your Omnidesk from us:

• We will email you once your order is on the way, you can use your tracking reference to see the movements of your desk. If there are any queries regarding this please reach out.
• (Subject to availability) Within Metro Melbourne and Sydney your desk may be sent with our in house driver service, if so you will recieve an email the day prior to delivery letting you know about your order drop off. On the day of delivery you will be texted a time frame.
• Should the first delivery attempt fail, a re-delivery charge of $50 will be charged for each subsequent delivery attempt.  Please note we do not (and our delivery partners do not) deliver upstairs. Any delivery changes will incur additional charges.
• If you've opted for on-site assembly when purchasing (and live within Metro Melbourne or Sydney), it will likely be conducted on the same day (subject to availability). For orders outside of these areas, once your order is delivered we will assist you in scheduling a date for assembly.
• If you have not purchased the on-site assembly, you will receive your Omnidesk as a flat-pack delivery for you to assemble yourself. Should you wish to opt-in to on-site assembly, kindly drop us an e-mail at least 3 working days before your scheduled delivery to add the on-site assembly service. 
• Should you decide to opt-in to require on-site assembly after delivery, the charges will be as follows: $30 Transport and $80 On-site installation per desk. Installation will not be on the SAME day if requested after delivery has been done.

Do note that some accessories (Speaker mounts, PC Mount, and Keep - Desk Drawer) do not come with pre-drilled holes. Should you not have access to a drill, on-site assembly is highly recommended.

The Omnidesk team conducts thorough quality checks of every desk before it leaves our warehouse.

However, we are aware that damage to your order may still occur during the delivery process.

We strongly encourage you to inspect every item in your order before signing to confirm you have received your package.

1. First, inspect the box/packaging for obvious damage.
2. We then recommend that you insist on opening removing the packaging to inspect for concealed damage.
3. Make sure all your items purchased including cables, accessories and user manuals are all included.
4. Once the driver leaves with the signed delivery order, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility should any physical damage be found or missing accessories occur thereafter.

Yes, now you are able to redefine the mobility of your award-winning Omnidesk with our all-new castors.

How to install the castors onto the Omnidesks?

The castors are threaded and should be able to screw in by hand. It has an M8x10mm threaded stem. You can remove the existing rubber feet on the desk feet and replace them with the castors. A tool may be needed to adjust the bolt accordingly if you are facing difficulties installing it.

How much weight can the castors support?

The castors can support all our current Omnidesk models with a maximum load of 130kg on the desk.

How much taller will be the Omnidesk be with the castors?

The castors will increase the base height by about 5cm.

Before operating the table please ensure that:

1. Make sure no obstacles are in the desk’s path.
2. Make sure that the desktop is not touching/flush against the walls.
3. Make sure all cords are of an appropriate length to accommodate the change in height.

Prior to use, we strongly recommend that you reset the desk following the instructions in the user manual.

Optional RGB Lighting can be controlled by downloading the app.

If your desk is not functioning properly, you may need to perform the reset as below:

1. Press and hold the DOWN button until the desk reaches the lowest height.
2. Release the DOWN button.
3. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the LED display reads “RST”.
4. Release the DOWN button.
5. Press and hold the down button again until the desk lowers a little bit more, slightly rises and stops.
6. Release the DOWN button. Your desk is now ready to use.

Use the UP/DOWN button to find a desired height, then press logo button followed by the number 1-4.

Everyday Care and Cleaning:
Dirt and fluids should be removed immediately with a dry cotton cloth for everyday cleaning.

DO NOT use the following solutions for cleaning of table tops;
- Cleaners or solutions containing harsh chemicals (eg paint thinner)
- Alcohol-based solvent cleaner

Treatment of Stains:

Normal StainsStains which cannot be removed by wiping with a dry cloth can be removed by wiping a damp cotton cloth over the affected area. Do always use a dry cotton cloth to wipe the area dry as soon as the stain is removed.

Grease Stains
Wipe a damp cotton cloth over the affected area. Wipe dry with a dry cotton cloth. If necessary, dip the cloth in a mild soap solution or detergent dissolved in water, wring the cloth nearly dry and wipe the troubled area. Immediately, dry with a clean soft cloth.

Our Wildwood, Eco and Ichi table tops are made of solid wood. Based on the humidity and temperature of your surroundings, these table tops may be likely to expand and contract slightly. Table tops will vary in grain and colour depending on the location of the specific tree it is made of. It may also be subjected to slight colour changes under artificial light or by being exposed to sunlight. Lighter woods will become darker in colour with age whereas darker woods will fade. This is a natural process and not a defect. 

Everyday Care and Cleaning

Our solid wood table tops are made to last and with proper care, your Omnidesk solid wood table top will last for decades to come.

Dirt and fluids should be removed immediately with a dry cotton cloth for everyday cleaning.  Clean with the grain of the wood for best results.

• Omnidesk's Warranty will cover the electronic parts such as the lifting mechanism and the motor for 7 years.
• Omnidesk's Warranty will cover missing materials from the products at the time of delivery.
• Omnidesk's Warranty will cover defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the products at the time of delivery.
• Omnidesk's Warranty will cover major defects in the functionality of the lifting mechanism.
• Warranty for all accessories is valid for one year unless otherwise stated.
• An additional 3-year warranty extension (For existing and new customers of Omnidesk Ascent, Pro 2020) can be redeemed by posting images of your setup on Facebook or Instagram. Subjected to the following:

• Replaced parts will be recollected by Omnidesk.
• Any replacement parts shall be fully provided by Omnidesk, any shipping costs shall be half-borne by the consumer.
• To benefit under this warranty, Omnidesk must be notified of any defect within 1st week of the occurrence of such defect via an image or video of the relevant defect sent electronically to omnidesk@aftershockpc.com.au
• This warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

What our warranty does not cover:

• Damage on Omnidesk products (desk frames, table tops or accessories) caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water-damage, flood, fire or other acts of natural and external causes. This includes wear and tear damage as well.
• Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use this product or from defects in the product.
• Damages caused to the Omnidesk or the accessories during self-assembly due to failure to adhere to relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided.
• Damages caused to the Omnidesk or the accessories during self-modification.
• Wildwood, Wildwood+, Ichi Collection and Eco Bamboo Tops:
  
  Owning the abovementioned table top means having a unique desktop like no other, hence every grain pattern, knots and hairline cracks can and will be found on these naturally produced wood. Minor hairline cracks that you may see and find adds to the character of your one-of-a-kind desk and will not be noticeable during normal uses of the desk. Every single piece of those will have its own characteristics.

  **Colour may differ from individual users' monitor settings and lighting.
  ***Omnidesk reserves the rights to determine if a replacement is to be given for severe defects. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Limited warranty:

• Omnidesk reserves the rights to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed and decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
• Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only
• In the scenario where Omnidesk determines that a benefit under this warranty can be claimed, the cost of repair and replacement of the defective part or material shall be borne by Omnidesk.
• Replaced parts may vary in colour and texture to the original.
• Warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial use.
• This warranty only applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty and a person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights to benefit from any of these terms and conditions.
• Warranty covers parts replacement only. Labour/transport cost of $50 will be borne by the customer for the engineer to be onsite (subject to availability and location).

Effective date:

• The warranty is effective as of the date of delivery.

If your order is not cancelled before it has been dispatched it will be subject to return freight fees.

All return and refund decisions made by Omnidesk are final. 

Ichi (One) Collection are not subjected to our return and refund policy.
