Returns And Refunds Policy

We here at Omnidesk are confident you will LOVE your new Omnidesk, however, we understand things happen and to give our customers peace of mind we have a comprehensive returns and refund policy, please read below for further details.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order anytime before its dispatch date, this means you will typically have up to two days from your order date to cancel before your order is dispatched.
  • You may cancel your order after it has been dispatched but by engaging in this process you agree to accept all shipping and return costs to return the item to Omnidesk.
  • You will receive a refund within 3-5 business days of the item being returned to Omnidesk.
  • To cancel, please reach out to support@theomnidesk.com.au, in your email please include your order number and the reason you’d like to cancel, alternatively, you can call us at +613 9917 3730.

Returns and Refund Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return and refund you must notify Omnidesk of your desire to return an item/order within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition. (Re-sellable means the item has received no damage or markings and the box for storing the item is not noticeably torn or damaged)
  • In the case of a damaged or faulty item, please refer to our Warranty page.

    *Please note that in some cases we may accept return and refunds on opened items and this is on a case-by-case basis, Omnidesk reserves the right to discretion when determining refund eligibility.

How Do I Return My Item(s)?

To return your item please use the following steps:

  • Email support@theomnidesk.com.au
  • Put your order number in the subject line and the word “return” (e.g Order #0000 Return.)
  • Attach photos of the item(s) you would like to return as well as a brief outline as to why.
  • Your email will be reviewed by our customer support team and they will contact you with the next steps.

Change of Mind

1. Omnidesk is unable to sell opened and used products, as such returns will not be accepted for change of mind on used items such as tabletops, frames, and accessories. 

2. As our wood tabletops and accessories use real wood, patterns and colours may sometimes vary and we do not accept returns because of non-preferred finishes on accessories.

3. Omnidesk reserves the right to retain delivery costs for change of mind returns.
