Omnidesk Return & Refund Policy

All About the return and refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go to plan, so  we ensure that when you purchase with Omnidesk, you have full piece of mind! Please see details regarding cancellations and returns below.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order any time prior to your order being dispatched - if your order has been dispatched we are happy to organise a cancellation before it arrives to you, minus the cost of shipping.
  • You are responsible for the product's return shipping and costs. If an item is received at your premises, you are subject to further return shipping costs.

Returns

  • We’re happy to organise a return and refund for you, for any accessory or table top providing that Omnidesk is notified of the wish to return within 14 days of delivery arrival and;
  • Items must be unopened, and in a re-sellable condition. We require photographs prior to return shipping to confirm as such.
  • Please note, return freight of $30 will be deducted from your total refund amount. Your refund will be processed once the items have been returned back to us in the condition stated above.

change of mind

  • Omnidesk is unable to on-sell opened and used/installed products, as such we are unable to accept return and refund of any Omnidesk products including desk legs, table tops accessories due to change of mind.

While we are confident, you will love your new set up as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things just don’t fit the way you imagined. That’s why we offer a 100-day free trial with the purchase of any Omnidesk! To make sure you have had enough time to get acquainted with your new set up, we ask that you try it out for at least two weeks to get comfortable and enjoy the space. If after this, you’re still not 100% satisfied – let us know and we’ll organise collection of the full order & issue you back a full refund! The 100 Day Trial functions as follows: 

  • The 100-day free trial period begins from and includes the day that your desk is delivered to your nominated address. 
  • If you wish to return your entire order, you must notify us within our business hours on or before the 100th day. Please include your order number and name and we will get back to you within 2 business days 
  • 3) If you are in Melbourne or Sydney Metro we will collect it for you free of charge. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return shipping outside of these cities. 
  • Our Omnidesk 100-day free trial is only valid to the original purchaser. 
  • Refunds apply to the cost of the products only. Installation fees and original shipping cost, including Route Package Protection (if purchased) will not be refunded. 
  • Our 100-day free trial does not apply to self-modified desks (ie. desks with non-Omnidesk accessories installed), or desks that have voided their warranty in any other matter.
  • Returned desks do not get resold as new. Instead, we our best to recycle and reuse them in other ways, including as showroom/display models, for internal testing, or as internal sales to our team or to their family/friends. We do not resell refurbished or used desks.
  • Once we have received your items back to our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

*Please note, the 100 day trial does not cover individual accessories or parts of the desk and is for the entire order only. For accessory returns or change of mind please see our ‘Returns’ policy above.
