All About the return and refund policy
We understand that sometimes things don't go to plan, so we ensure that when you purchase with Omnidesk, you have full peace of mind! Please see details regarding cancellations and returns below.
- You may cancel your order any time prior to your order being dispatched - if your order has been dispatched we are happy to organise a cancellation before it arrives to you, minus the cost of shipping.
- You are responsible for the product's return shipping and costs. If an item is received at your premises, you are subject to further return shipping costs.
- We’re happy to organise a return and refund for you, for any accessory or table top providing that Omnidesk is notified of the wish to return within 14 days of delivery arrival and;
- Items must be unopened, and in a re-sellable condition. We require photographs prior to return shipping to confirm as such.
- Please note, return freight of between $30-$100 (depending on your location and items) will be deducted from your total refund amount. Your refund will be processed once the items have been returned back to us in the condition stated above.

- Omnidesk is unable to on-sell opened and used/installed products, as such we are unable to accept return and refund of any Omnidesk products including desk legs, table tops accessories due to change of mind.
